Abstract:

sports equipment is susceptible to different degrees of friction and wear during use, which leads to shorter service life of the equipment. Therefore, in order to enhance the wear resistance of sports equipment, the friction and wear properties of titanium carbide Aluminum Composite were analyzed by experimental study. The experimental results show that the friction and wear properties of titanium aluminum carbide composites are subject to the interference mechanism of the micro convex body, and when the sliding speed is increasing, the material friction shows that the formation of an oxide film, it has the effect of reducing the friction resistance of the material, and the greater the sliding speed, the greater the coverage of the oxide film, the more uniform, more conducive to reducing the friction resistance; In addition, the normal load will also affect the properties of the material, when it increases, the friction coefficient of the material will continue to decrease. In a word, the titanium aluminum carbide composite material has good anti-friction and wear effect, and can be used in sports equipment.
